We’re organizing neighborhoods in the Idaho SW through a program called “MYN” Map Your Neighborhood. We’re using this as a segue to vet people further, similar to what Mike Shelby suggests using the Neighborhood Watch program. Our goal is to reach the entire county, starting with subdivisions. We’re driving it from the other end as well by contacting farmers and ranchers and asking the tough questions like “How will your farming methods change when fuel reaches $10/gal or more?
