I remember seeing this short movie/narrative after it came out, actually in 1962 not 1957. It was shown on one of those old 16mm projectors! Good to see Jack “Dragnet” Webb narrating the documentary & Jack Kelly in the leading role. Many of those actors & actresses were familiar faces on both TV & movies back then. In spite of how much the world has changed in the past 60 years, the context & message are still very relevant. As far as the book, I never read it but did some research & yes, it’s still very informative even in the early 21st century.
It’s the “Eastern European ” Bolsheviks, the Frankfurt School, the anti-Christs, the Trotskyites who brought communism to America. Emma Goldman was a ring leader. Roxa Luxemburg did the same in Germany. Bela Khun in Hungary.
Joseph McCarthy was right about these evil communists. They created the UN, UNESCO and the banking cartels to destroy the West.
These communists pretend to have a religion but it is Satanic.
They push abortion, open borders, Hollywood, pornography, child sex trade, prostitution, same sex marriage, sodomy, and every anti Christian abomination.

Well, maybe if watching that movie had been a requirement in school since the year it was made, it might have done some long term good. Can’t remember ever even hearing of it. By 1980 the decay had set in, and the left was quite open about their goals, and most people were like the main character, quite apathetic at best. Most people today would not watch it unless you could reduce it to a 10 minute vid.
