NY man sprung on no bail in Facebook-posted beating executes wife in front of kids just hours later: cops

No cash bail and New York just natural consequences. Tragic but what else would they expect? Or is this chaos the desired outcome? Chaos and no law and order does create a demand from the public for a crack down and a restoration of rules, we have seen how governments enjoy using emergency powers, and then not giving them up. An interesting question?
