This was a great video and very eye opening to the level of quality that PSA has. I purchased one of the blemished AKs a couple years back for a steep discount. I never did find the blemish. I only recently took it to the range and boy was I shocked! I was easily keeping around or under 2 moa @ 100yds with a red dot and cheap Tula ammo. The trigger is just fantastic as well. I built an AR with one of their upper assemblies, and again, I was extremely pleased.

Before this video, I didn’t even know about the JAKL. After watching a couple of other videos on this model, I really want one. Only available in the 10.5 inch barrel at the moment, so I am holding out for a carbine length. But wow, what an idea! It’s sincerely an AK upper concealed within AR furniture. That massive bolt carrier with long piston assembly just like the AK. When I seen that carrier assembly slide out of the upper, I knew then that I just seen exactly what I had always hoped to find and in such an affordable package.

God bless PSA, as I can see their goal isn’t to get rich, but to get as many arms into civilian hands as possible. I love it!
