Timely post given todays environment.
As an amateur radio operator, in a suburban enclave, i’ve had to be very sneaky as to the number and ways i mount and hide my antennas.
All vhf/uhf/digi/analog scanning and rx/tx antennas are in attic, work just fine.
HF antenna is a 135 end fed long wire, at approx 8′ off the ground, all but disappears when i run it thru the trees.
I get great reports locally and regionally.

Very interesting. I have never worked with Ladder line. No one in my circle did so was never exposed to it. I’ve wondered about it. It’s inspired me to develop an indoor loop here in my new digs. I just finished making a grab & go complete hf self contained station in a backpack I can take with me any where, any vehicle.
I can see an indoor loop enhancing it even more. Thanks for posting.
Folded dipole loop antennas were once popular. Simple design and about 300 ohms impedance.
