This is one of the problems of going back to a gold and silver (and copper) standard. Unless you have a debt jubilee, and correct the wealth imbalance created by the current fraud monetary system, you end up with them owning everything, and you paying back fraudulent debt with real (gold. silver, copper, etc., or slavery and eviction by death) and no way to make enough gold, etc., to pay for your survival, let alone the debt you owe.
The 15 minute cities are are just the logical extension of foreclosure of the debt by privatizing the public right aways (something the Libertarians are all for, turning over the roads for a song or debt owed to make them all toll roads). The only time you have liberty is if you have a property rights, such as your own property or the commons such as the public right aways. Otherwise unless you have been giving the privilege (through pay or permission) it is trespassing.
It is just one small step from 15 minute cities to death camps.
