WTF!?#. Pinelander episode 062, 5GW.
Hmm, Imagine that… If I was the betting type that likes to gamble on experimental fauxines, I’d have to say this happening in the same state and location as the movie is completely a coincidence…
This happened before by the way. One of my favorite television programs was “Route 66” & I watched every episode of it from 1960-64. However, there was a missing episode that finally aired before the show’s retirement. It was called “I’m here to kill the king” & was filmed in late October, 1963. It was scheduled to run on November 22, 1963, a Friday. However, about 8 hours earlier, President Kennedy had been assassinated & the CBS network pulled this episode from the schedule. Most of the coverage of the JFK’s death was sporadic that day & they all resumed normal broadcasting with bulletins & updates as they were received. If you ever watch this particular episode of Route 66 you’ll think, coincidence or maybe more, a lot more. Another coincidence, Kennedy’s assassin, Lee Harvey Oswald got his job at the Texas Schoolbook Depository, where he fired the shots from the 9th floor. It was about the same time the episode was being filmed a little over a month earlier.
