‘China faces dying empire’s crazy proxies’ is the correct translation. They will be killed or bought off like the Chechens. After Kabul all they have is terrorism. After Kiev they will beat their own slaves even more mercilessly.
China will not be handicapped by ridiculous ROE, have order of magnitude numerical superiority, and the conviction of racial superiority and manifest destiny.
It will be interesting to see if the “graveyard of empires” can continue its record of achievement.
