This weapon system is a total game changer in the global war. It can be used for targeted assassinations of high valve targets traveling in conveys or aircraft. The range of 40 kilometers is more than adequate to ensure survival of the weapon operators. No person is safe outside of a fortified bunker as long as these are around. Just need the intel of the schedule of the target and locations. Way better than a sniper for target assassinations. The warhead is adequate for an up armored tank so I assume any armored limo should be no problem.
