You are absolutely right…. This type of lawfare will be used against us all. It cuts both ways though. I fully expect as the empire declines and suffers from the myriad of vectors of our decline, that interstate lawfare will increase exponentially. This will just hasten Balkanization and further erode faith in our institutions. We will find no respite or quarter in the courts.
