    Completely understandable, why the victors and occupiers of the Chrysanthemum Thrones’ post nuke islands absolutely forebad the most powerful/destructive weapons. MacArthur even seeded the Nippon Constitution with such safeguards. A Japanese national mindset at the end-of-WWII-time might have resurrected another horror, ala Fascism in Europe after WWI.
    That was then.
    This is now.
    We need the “Japs” to be stronger.
