Graham sure gives the impression that he wants war… whether it be with Russia or China. The man is delusional if he thinks it will go well.
Actually, one of the most credible reactions to the ChiComs. You could initiate the blockades far from the South China Sea near American air assets. Plus, this is a shot across the bow threat that could give them second thoughts.
