Be an agent of change by reaching out to your circle of relationships (family, work, social media, neighborhood, hobby buddies, fellow religious congregants, etc.) with a counter narrative to what they are hearing from the dominant propagandist media messengers.
If they don’t hear it from you, they may not hear it at all. Be an influencer even if it is just one person. It all starts with you. It continues with the other person.
In the new field of epigenetics, researchers have found that your emotions can be passed through your genes to future generations. How much more can your opening your mouth now effect today’s generation?

Scipio is dead on. Sitting around and listening to conservative talk radio and alt media for hours a day isn’t what makes a difference. Picking a point, isolating it, and spreading that point face to face is what does.
