Actually, it appears to me that he’s praying to whatever entity that he worships that his Depends won’t fail again.
As blatant, as in-your-face-statements go as I’ve ever seen given to all of us “non-elites”.

Appropriately asleep at the wheel of a government driving this country right into the ground.
