Real good option for something like this is the Mexican Chata brand retort pouches of meat and beans. The ingredients list are real simple and not full of garbage and each pouch runs between 450 to 850 kcal depending on the variety. Vac pack a couple flour tortillas and toss in a few pouch of hot sauce. Very good stuff.
I’ve never seen that Chata meat product mentioned above. I’ve had the Star Kist flavored tuna envelopes, combined with oatmeal for breakfast many times. Man, that is good. The Hickory Smoke flavor has 18g of protein. These foil packages keep for a long time.
