The Mahdi is said to be the future Final Leader in Islamic eschatology who is believed to appear at the end of times to rid the world of evil and injustice. He is said to be a descendant of Muhammad who will appear shortly before the Prophet ʿĪsā and will lead the Muslims to rule the entire world.

What are the odds they are ready to kick things off here? I’d wager other than a few incidents, they wait until China and all their allies are ready before they go full bore. Or, is this what China is waiting for, for the US to get bogged down again in the middle east, and for Muslims here to do their thing? Lot’s of ways all this could play out.
