You’d think, after decades of unleashing programs like This and the Other forms Gov’t Monitoring it would be the end of a Tremendous amount of crime. Or at the Least, the Drug “Issue” would be Hammered down and close to Death, Prisons Busting at the seams or springing up everywhere to the point even betsy on the street would notice and ask WTF???
