West Virginia attorney general wants Harris to invoke 25th Amendment
West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey wants Vice President Kamala Harris to invoke the 25th Amendment and declare President Joe Biden unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office.
In a letter to Harris dated Tuesday, Morrisey said Americans have watched as Biden has experienced a “profound” cognitive decline. He asked her to look past her personal relationship with the president and evaluate the situation objectively.
“President Biden’s cognitive decline is one of great concern to Americans, especially during these times that our nation is facing crisis after crisis both here and abroad,” Morris said. “We need a president who is mentally fit.”
Morrisey is one of seven Republicans running for governor in the state’s May 14 primary.
Morrisey’s letter comes four days after Special Counsel Robert Hur, tasked with looking into his handling of classified documents, announced Biden had committed a crime but should not be charged.
As previously reported by The Center Square, Hur also cited several examples of Biden’s mental lapses, calling him an “elderly man with poor memory” whom a jury would find too sympathetic. The report said Biden could not remember when he was vice president or when his son died, among other things.
“Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory,” Hur said in the report.
Biden followed the report with a news conference where he tried to defend his mental fitness.
Harris called the report politically motivated.
In the letter, Morrisey highlighted several things he called missteps by Biden, including when he “fell asleep during the COP26 climate change conference, only to come home and implement extremist measures from the event he napped at.”
Morrisey said the report “paints a clear picture of a president who is not up for the job.”

I am done trying to advocate for or place any hope or confidence in any sort of formally normal constitutional procedures or processes, or any civilian peaceful protests, voting, polls….
Clown world, the silly euphemism for trans human genocidal world tyranny, will end either when the perpetrators are killed or we are all dead. Take your pick and learn to act accordingly. Stop already with the false hopes and endless nattering about political “solutions” and strategies.
The Enemy and his minions have clearly stated their intentions and are far beyond any sort of moral scruples as to their methods. If you cling to the hope of deliverance short of defending ourselves kinetically and eradicating our would be masters/executioners, you are giving them just what they have worked so hard to create: debasement, demoralization, apathy, confusion, fear and cowardice. In short, the complete inability to fight back.
We have allowed all this to happen on our watch. We are under conviction for the crimes of hedonism, self worship, greed, sloth, willful ignorance, dereliction of civic duty… need I go on? It’s a long list. God allows us free will but will also require us to face the consequences of sin and the burden of the unavoidable conflict.
I do not believe for one second that He will bail us out. We have to repent and try as best we might to resist Evil and defend that which we used to say we believed, that which was best in traditional American culture: Faith, Family, and Freedom, equal opportunity and honest dealing, the love of our fellow Americans and the land, NOT the USFeral.gov. Fedgov is neither identical to nor even co-equal with America and her people, and no longer even pretends to be.
There is a blood debt to be paid. Let’s make sure the tyrants pay for their crimes with their own blood, and all those, dupes or not, who side with Evil as well.
