Airport Executive Killed in Firefight with ATF
Bryan Malinowski, the 53-year-old executive director of the Bill and Hillary Clinton Airport in Arkansas, was shot in the head by federal agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) during a confrontation at his home in west Little Rock.
The incident occurred early Tuesday morning as ATF agents attempted to serve a warrant at Malinowski’s residence. The specific reasons for the warrant have not been disclosed, with authorities citing an ongoing investigation.
During the attempt to serve the warrant, Malinowski reportedly fired gunshots at the agents from inside his home. The agents returned fire, striking Malinowski. He was treated at the scene before being transported to a nearby hospital, although his condition was not immediately known. A source informed the Arkansas Times that Malinowski had been shot in the head during the exchange and was subsequently placed on life support.
An ATF agent was also injured in the exchange of gunfire, sustaining a non-life-threatening wound. This agent received medical treatment at a local hospital.
Following the shootout, Little Rock firefighters were seen approaching Malinowski’s home with equipment to assist in opening a safe inside the property, according to the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette.
Neighbors expressed shock and curiosity about the early morning events. One, Shea De Bruyn, recounted being awakened by loud noises and wondering about the commotion just a few houses away.
Malinowski has been associated with Clinton National since 2008, initially serving as the director of properties, planning, and development before being promoted to executive director in 2019. His career in the airline industry spans over 30 years, with leadership roles at several other airports prior to his tenure at Clinton National.
The Clinton National Airport was renamed in 2012 to honor former Arkansas Governor Bill Clinton and his wife, Hillary Clinton, the former Secretary of State.

The irony, it burns…
What’s the Clinton body count up to now?
I lost count El Jakeo but, I have a friend that is wondering what was the BATFE after & why involve the fire department? All I can suggest is, this is a lot messier than a paper bed sheet in a cell involving an individual that is on suicide watch.
I can’t even put into words the level of anger this story makes me. Who is the servant and what does it mean to “protect and serve?” All this did was foster anger in the base. A reaction is being provoked. At some point somebody will react and the desired attention will be achieved to serve the argument against armed citizens. The ATF needs to be suspended, dissected, and reduced to a handful of pencil pushers.
If they have suspicions about someone, pass the info to local law enforcement. The outcomes will be less deadly.
The assassinations of citzens continue by the ATF and FBI. And how much do you want to bet that it was a no-knock warrant as well in the wee hours of the morning.
ATF doesn’t do “firefights” they always lose. ATF does Clinton executions. ATF was sending a message to someone! Work day? Coulda grabbed him on the way to work! Just like Waco! Night warrant? Against a public official? If the public official reacted with a gun, at 4am, it was probably a no knock warrant. So the judge who signed off on it, was in on it. I’m surprised the atf didn’t bulldoze his house to cover the evidence like at Waco, and Ocotillo Wells!
