And to think I paid 9% fixed. WAAAHHHHH
Been Running an Amish framing crew for 11 years now. Until last year we did mainly middle class to upper middle class homes in Kansas City suburbia. For a year and a half now all we are doing are rich folks bunker homes. Also noticing a lot of white people to include families and pets carrying what they can carry and walking north out of the city on the interstate. During Covid family “hobo” tent cities were springing up in KC. midnight attacks by the police drove them out.
