Outstanding brief, to add depth, look at each terror attack mentioned by the person being interviewed. In each case, the attackers fully fleshed out a multiple target list. Since only one target type was hit in each attack, all the optional, fully planned, attack targets, (red books) are still on the shelf, waiting to be dusted off, updated, and executed.
