Where I work, we were told to learn to communicate with te immigrants. All tey have to do is say they do not feel comfortable, and I get wrote up. REALLY. Check this out:
My Latino co-worker told me to my face I’m a white supremacist of the arian race (there is no arian race) out of Europe and I’m an occupier in USA and do not deserve to be here. Plus he is a sociopathic narcissist and short of impossible to communicate with. The Latino can literally stand there and watch me work for a week at a time. That was because the supervisor, out of El Salvador, would laugh at me if I complained. Talk about insanity…
I have a very similar situation. A Hispanic girl that works at my location is constantly going on about how the older white generation needs to just dye off because of all the bad things they have done and their mindset. But she is so proud of her Mexican heritage and is the first one to have somebody wrote up for the least little thing. She tried to have me wrote up for calling a coworker a fucking idiot,(which I did and he was). The only thing that saved me was a white female employee who was wrote up by her also that came to my defense and stuck up for me and backed up my denial. Tribe up now. The modern American workplace has turned into a hellscape for whitey and everyone knows (((who))) made this happen. So close to retirement but still seems so far away!!! To the young people, find the skills for self employment!!! It’s your only way to freedom!!! Stay free brothers and sisters!!!!
I have two sons in the tech world, both with advanced degrees, the reason silicon valley wants to import large numbers of Indians (specifically) cheap labor, however with engineering you get what you pay for, The youngest spends over half his time dealing with their programing/coding mistakes, the older went with a U.S based company where he uses his CS and EE degrees, No non U.S. persons.
I also have a nephew that our family adopted directly from India that is the sales end of the tech world.
we laugh when his ethnicity opens doors so to speak.
If you think H1B web developers are stupid you haven’t seen them try to be used as PLC programmers. The only asset they are, are essentially modern slave labor. Not bright or smart at all. They can barely figure out how to turn on an output, and these greedy companies think they are going to do multi axis motion.
The older generation that attacks the youth of this country as not wanting to work is totally out of touch. When I speak at the local college to the people who want to do electrical work and PLC work, it’s all young white men. I see myself sitting in those chairs just like it was 20 years ago when I was sitting in that chair.
Fuck these Indians and any other foreign H1B. If they are so great, then why are their countries quite literally open air toilets?
