Failed policies, failed infrastructure, past 10-20 years of wild fires history, does this surprise anyone?
My Brother in Law had to sell his $2,000,000 Malibu property because the just the fire insurance was $2,000 a month.
Which means he had to work and earn $4,000 just to pay the fire insurance…
He also said, I’m gonna miss that house, especially when I could rent it out and make money.
Funny how all these houses suddenly burn down when the market forces, inflation, corporate and government policy has completely tanked the chance to make money…
