This looks like it’s going to be a re-play of the the late 1960’s. Ironically, where it all began with the rioting that occurred in the Watts section of LA. That’s 60 years ago, this coming August. I remember it quite well back in 1965. Yes, it could spread to other cities & quickly, get very ugly. It will be much worse this time, too. The U.S. is different country now than it was back in that era. The changes have not been for the better. Stay prepared, informed & alert. This is one of the ways a civil war has historically started.
