I’ve looked into this more than a little. I can can assure you that Tim McVeigh could not possibly take a piss without a federal asset noting for the record the color and flow.

Whether he was “supposed” to bomb the Federal Building or whether he double-crossed his handlers, I don’t know for certain, though I suspect the former.
