Not sure how much it matters but that downed aircraft in the photo is a F16, not F15. 15’s don’t have wingtip rails. The thermal profile in the video does look like a F15 with the twin vertical stabilizers and dual intakes just behind the canopy but that could be from a different source. There’s also a photo of a wider area of the crash site and only one engine is visible, not two. So, probably fake news.

Tail number confirmed by independent sources (5529) to be a F-15SA owned by the Saudis. Also your assertion on the tail fin is wrong, btw.
The tail-fin confirms it. That is the antenna/sensor tube on the vertical tail stabilizer, not a wingtip-mounted rail (as in the F-16 variants). the F-15’s a big-bird!
