Video: Ukraine targeting the Signals Emissions
No signal – no coordination.
Operators of the 411th Separate Unmanned Systems Brigade “Hawks” @411hawks detect and destroy enemy antennas.
Every hit disrupts communications, command and coordination. https://t.co/5ym91dfkKo

I’ve only talked about this for a decade now and wrote two books on the topic. Your emissions give you away as much as an AD of white light in the night will. It appears Russia has the same problem US forces are obsessed with – constant radio chatter to micromanage command and control (C2). Targeting this becomes easier and easier with every emission. No amount of encryption, frequency hopping, or other workarounds changes this. It all revolves around positive identification (PID) of the signature.
Ukraine is doing it, the Houthis do it, they’re doing it in Burma, and everywhere else in the future when mission success depends on it.
But what would I know?
