THERE ARE NO GUARDRAILS ON THE LEFT

America is entering a terrible period in its history at an accelerating pace, now that the Left has taken control of all the critical reins of power in the government, as well as the mainstream media, social media, big tech, Hollywood and academia. Unfortunately, history teaches with laser clarity that there are no guardrails restraining the behavior of the Left when it is so empowered.
.
Normative legacy Judeo-Christian values usually provide self correction against outrageous excesses from the Right. Even when conservatives have the power, they restrain themselves from, for example, committing full-on genocide. An example of this is seen in the late 19th Century, when it was completely within the power of the American government to implement a “final solution to the Red Indian problem,” but the government and the American people, then grounded in Judeo-Christian values, did not do so. (This is not to excuse the execrable and destructive Indian reservation system, but it was not genocide.) Likewise, America could have utterly destroyed Germany and Japan after 1945, but we did not do so. The harshly punitive Morgenthau Plan proposed by FDR’s socialist Secretary of the Treasury for post-war Germany came close in its intention, but it was not implemented.
.
By comparison, the secular atheist (and now frankly insane) American Left has no self-correction mechanism. (Examples of contemporary Leftist insanity: transsexuals welcomed into the military, biological boys ordered onto girls sports teams and in girls locker rooms, etc.) This Leftist insanity is anything but unprecedented. From the French Revolution, to the Paris Commune, the Bolshevik Revolution and through all the horrors of 20th Century Communism, the Left has proven that when it is unchecked, it will drive at full speed straight off the cliff of civilized norms of behavior into totalitarian systems of guillotines, Gulags, forced starvations, and killing fields.
.
In 2021, having figured out how to rig elections, and then ban any discussion of their election fraud, the American Left has taken full power. Conservatives are battling to preserve tiny free spaces that are being targeted and obliterated one by one. Even the former president of the United States has been silenced, and is about to be tried in a Senate impeachment kangaroo show trial. After the January 6 U.S. Capitol “Reichstag Riot,” Washington D.C. is left under de facto martial law and military occupation.
.
Today, U.S. military servicemen and women are being forced to take a new loyalty oath, swearing that they do not belong to any “extremist groups.” The definition of “extremist” will soon expand to cover any groups that are not explicitly “woke” and Leftist. Any resistance to this leftward lurch will be regarded as sedition, insurrection, and treason. The ending of the social safety valve of free speech will predictably result in violence, which will lead to more draconian crackdowns against the Right, and this societal death spiral will accelerate at dizzying speed.
.
The only three possible outcomes that I can see are:
.
1. The Left being stopped kinetically, as in Chile in 1973. This is not possible in 2021, because the military is fully cucked, “woke,” and tilting hard-Left. Battlefield warriors are being replaced by social justice warriors. Americans holding traditional conservative values are being intentionally driven out of the military. This is the true purpose of forcing the Left’s trans insanity into the military, transforming it into a hard-Left organization whose leaders and troops consider the Constitution and Bill of Rights to be obsolete parchments penned by white racist slave owners. Don’t look to the military to stop the current slide into Communism, they will be fully on board with it.
.
2. An eventual full-out Communist victory leading to a Stalinist “deep winter” end state like Cuba or North Korea. This is unlikely because A. the conservative Right is too well armed, and too well trained in military special operations to be defeated kinetically, and B. the federal government is too weak, with an American economic implosion looming as trillions of digital fiat dollars are created out of thin air.
.
3. Economic implosion leading to a collapse of federal power, a breakdown in food and fuel distribution, leading to a civil war that will resemble Weimar Germany colliding with Former Yugoslavia and Rwanda at the same time. This new civil war, unprecedented in its horrors, might eventually lead to some type of pyrrhic conservative victory, but only on top of the ashes of the American constitutional republic, and at an enormous cost in lives lost and property destroyed.
.
My current vote is on #3, but the outcomes will vary greatly region by region. In any case, it’s very unlikely that we’ll still have all fifty states operating under our current constitution a decade from now. The best advice that I can give to anyone reading this is to move as far away as possible from Democrat-run cities, especially when these cities are located in Democrat-run states. There will be pain enough to go around, but it will be the worst in the suburban guerrilla warfare battlefields around our major urban centers after the food and fuel deliveries stop–and they will stop. History is crystal clear on this point.
.
Questions for everyone: How much food is grown in your zip code? In your county? In your telephone area code? Your state? Where does your potable water come from? Will it be dependable when that water delivery infrastructure runs across warring territories?
Spread the love

        @ Matt Bracken
Re: “Thanks. I’ll do what I can while I’m able, and when I can’t, better men than me will step up to continue the fight for liberty.”
During the darkest hours and days of World War Two, when fascism everywhere seemed unstoppable, a new agency of the U.S. government was formed, modeled on the British Security Coordination, or BSC. Headed by William J. Donovan, an old friend and law-school classmate of Franklin Roosevelt, a new intelligence organization was formed, called the Office of Strategic Services (OSS). The allies were not yet prepared to strike offensively at the enemy using conventional forces in any major way, but if that could not be done, then the “Baker Street Irregulars” and their American counterparts would do it instead.
Being a largely clandestine organization, the OSS did not partake of the grandiose displays of ceremony, tradition and pomp-and-circumstance often seen in regular military formations. Inspections, formal dinners at embassies, regimental reviews, balls for the officers and their ladies, and so on.
Rarely did they wear uniforms, even those OSS members entitled to do so, and they did their best to disguise themselves as civilians, “grey men” and “grey women,” the more-nondescript the better. But the members did create one tradition which they carried into the future: Around holiday time, they exchanged small cards bearing a simple illustration of a shadowy figure, and the inscription, “If I should fall, another will take my place.” For many years after the war, survivors of wartime service with the OSS continued the tradition.
When I read your brief statement, I could not help but recall reading about the OSS veterans, who said very much the same thing, so many years ago. As a former Navy SEAL, you already know – I am sure – of the role the OSS played in creating the U.S. Army Special Forces, and special ops in general.
The America of the Founders may appear to be in trouble, but our liberty and most-noble traditions do not live in any building or place, however glorious or impressive an edifice it might appear. Those things live in the hearts and minds of millions upon millions of ordinary Americans, and as long as they survive there, then there is still hope for the future.
P.S. – Just how cool a name is Draper Kauffman, anyway? Way to go, frogman….

The hope is that should Outcome 3 become apparent, the community of ‘been there, done that” guys provide coherance and guidance to those who have a modicum of training, but not the hands-on. The original SF concept as I understand it.
And, it’s so pointless; why in God’s name can’t they just leave the rest of us alone? It’s just not in their DNA.

    • CA Warrior January 27, 2021 at 14:21

“They” cannot because of their overwhelming lust for power. It cannot be vanquished. They suffered through 4 years of DJT at the helm, and by God, they are itching for some payback. No morals, no cares, just plow ahead. biden’s days are very short. Once they get their way, he will be cast aside by way of the 25th Amendment. Then, watch the power brokers shift gears and really drop the hammer.

    • Georgiaboy61 January 28, 2021 at 01:40

      @ Vagabond
Re: “And, it’s so pointless; why in God’s name can’t they just leave the rest of us alone? It’s just not in their DNA.”
Not to be flippant, but the world divides roughly into two kinds of people: Those who want to mind their own business and are willing to let others do the same, and those who cannot and will not leave others alone. The Left/deep-state/powers-that-be/oligarchs, whatever you choose to call them, fall into the latter category.
The opposition are essentially parasites, who cannot survive without a host upon which to feed. Remember, the vast federal leviathan only exists because it is perpetually given taxpayer’s money. No tax revenue, no leviathan. Washington, D.C. makes nothing save for red-tape and hot air, but they – like the tail on the dog which now believes itself to be the dog – now believe that we exist only to please and serve them.
In nature, parasites that are “too successful” ending up killing their hosts, and thereby themselves. I fear that they and we will eventually relearn that lesson – but only at great cost and after tremendous suffering.
Perhaps deep in their black hearts, the opposition realize deep-down that they are so much dust in the wind, ephemeral and that if they disappeared tomorrow, the world would not notice and would go right on spinning.
That’s the ones which are sane. The real bad news is that roughly 10-12% of people are sociopathic/psychopathic to some degree, and that figure rises when looking at positions of influence and power, which tend to attract such personality types. Many of those who would rule us fall into this category. They get off on manipulating others, controlling others, and they have no moral scruples or empathy whatsoever. The more they make you suffer, the happier they are. The low IQ sociopaths become serial rapists and killers, but alas the high-functioning ones gravitate to money and power like moths to a flame. Soros, Bloomberg, the Clintons, et al.

My big problem with option #3 Matt is that after the dystopian horrors you describe it is like the CCP clean up after a large portion have already been killed off. Those people still living should be some real hard asses though haha.
As I posted earlier it is imperative that rebels have overwhelming public support before things go kinetic. Not because we need the masses to fight along side but mainly for their subtle aid and comfort. Once the left over reaches and it undoubtedly will that will no doubt change some minds. Unless society completely devolves (possible) the informational 4G ware fare will continue to play the biggest role in this theater. We know who the media works for and what they do. It won’t be until sheep get blasted upside the head by a 2×4 before some come alive. It will no doubt come and we can’t be seen as the ones swinging it.

    • Zorost January 27, 2021 at 12:30

Unfortunately, insurgencies are very easy to suppress if the government has no scruples and doesn’t care about global opinion. Public support for an insurgency doesn’t matter if the government can exterminate the public… see: William the Conqueror’s “harrowing of the north”, Rome invading England (“they create a desolation, and call it peace”), concentration camps of the 2nd Boer War, etc.

      • sixalpha January 27, 2021 at 13:53

You forget the X-factor. 90% of your federal, state and local law enforcement, as well as the military will not stand for the extermination of the public. The left will exterminate its self after a protracted war. They will eat each other.

        • Zorost January 27, 2021 at 18:33

For the most part, people do what they are told. Like taking firearms from citizens after hurricane Katrina. Like firing on WW1 veterans protesting their unfair treatment (look up the Bonus Army.) When ordered to do so, the military will follow orders, especially since the top officers were already purged under Obama. More purging, this time of the rank and file, has already been announced, and we are just starting week 2…

      • Matt Bracken January 27, 2021 at 19:02

Here’s our FLEA “Zorost” from the “counter-morale team” back for another bite at the apple, trying to convince American patriots to surrender, because harsh reprisal tactics always win… What a joke you are.
Just like when the IRA surrendered and turned all their guns in, and the Brits won in Northern Ireland, or the US Army won in Afghanistan over the rag-tag Taliban and forced their surrender. And your reply will be, “But the Brits and the US Army didn’t go full scorched earth!”
A laughable retort. As if the current globo-homo-trans-woke U.S. military will gear up for “Rome invades England” scorched earth total genocide before thousands of American patriots go full IRA times 1,000….and with 1,000 times the firepower and guerrilla warfare knowledge that the IRA ever had.
That was when a couple hundred “active IRA” with a few old weapons and few smuggled “Armalites” tied down 20,000 British regulars, plus the entire SAS plus other forces, for 30 years…and over that time the IRA forced the Brits to quit Ulster. Hey Zorost, how about those IRA arms caches….look it up….when were they turned over, according to the peace accords? LOL, you naive joke. Face it: the entire British military, regular and specops, could not enforce its will on a tiny corner of a small island. Good luck going “full Cromwell” with your trans-globo-home secret police and woke military against millions of American patriots armed with 500 to 1,000 yard rifles.
Now, kid, make your report to your 40-year old globo-homo boss down in the fusion center. And better luck next time.
I’m enjoying my free speech (remember the First Amendment?) while I can. And don’t you forget the 2nd Amendment either.
We won’t. And if you take me out, a thousand better men than me will take my place.

        • Coop Willis January 27, 2021 at 19:18

Damn! Well spoken! This is a short essay to be saved and shared right here! I am taking it to share.

        • Zorost January 29, 2021 at 12:17

I don’t want our people to surrender, I want them to look at the issue logically. I don’t want people to rush into what the Left is hoping we do.
The IRA is not a good historical analog, as the rules have changed. They’ve changed back to the way it used to be, when sovereigns could exterminate their own people and no one cared. Most experts agree that an insurgency cannot exist without some level of support of the population, as I’ve heard you yourself say. The easy way to eliminate an insurgency is to exterminate the population they depend on. It worked for William the Conqueror (“harrowing of the north”), it worked for the Romans, it worked for Assad’s dad in Hama (I think I first read about that in an article by you.)
Actually, there never was a time when exterminating ones own people wasn’t acceptable, it just depended on who the people being exterminated where. Whites exterminating muslims in Bosnia = bad. Saddam exterminating kurds and Iranians with nerve gas = acceptable. China genociding ethnic minorites before = acceptable, China genociding ethnic minorities now that we need a new enemy = bad.
The Dems just won an election through obvious fraud, and instead of being investigated they are the ones investigating the accusers. It won’t be long until they have federal power sewn up such that the voters’ opinion means even less than it does now. The only news people will hear of an atrocity is what the government tells them, which will likely look something like “evil nazi separatists who wanted to bring back slavery defeated after they started the violence.”
This has to be taken into account. The Left has never had any compunctions about turning their own territory into a smoking ruin in order to preserve their power, why would American Leftists be any different?

          • Houdini January 29, 2021 at 17:22

Did I miss the part where Americans were rushing into kinetic acts? Being prepared for the potential is way different than acting rashly. I doubt any (with very few exceptions) posters here are advocating going scorched earth, especially those of us with actual experience in these matters.

  6. Zorost January 27, 2021 at 12:21

“…the secular atheist (and now frankly insane) American Left…”
“…the American Left has taken full power.”
If you think something is insane, but it works, then it really isn’t insane and you need to check your assumptions.
An explanation of why the “crazy” left isn’t so crazy:
    https://spandrell.com/2017/11/14/biological-leninism/
“This is unlikely because A. the conservative Right is too well armed, and too well trained in military special operations to be defeated kinetically,”
That’s not true. Insurgencies are very easy to suppress if you have no scruples and do not care about global opinion.

    • Matt Bracken January 27, 2021 at 18:47

You think that the trans/homo/indentitarian woke SJW Left will go full Cromwell before the Right goes full IRA, times 1,000?
You are living on Planet Delusion.
Say hello to the kids in the fusion center.

    • vyt1az January 27, 2021 at 21:11

This is some truly deep thinking!
How exactly did you come to the conclusion that what they’re doing “works?” What exactly is “works” to you?
Does “works” mean meeting a desired outcome at any cost to other individuals and their individual natural law rights? The implication being that humans are simply material goods, in aggregate, to be spent and used? If so, you are at a minimum, a diabolical narcissist.
So yes, the left is crazy, because they’re willing to destroy themselves, the culture they flourished in, and everyone else around them for a short term selfish material gain with a long long term loss. Only the mentally ill enjoy destroying themselves.
Only the mentally ill idealize those that enjoy destroying themselves.

      • Machine Trooper January 27, 2021 at 19:37

That this is such a dog whistle to you two gives me a pretty good idea where you came from. The Bible itself is Judeo-Christian. It contains the blueprint for Christianity (NT) qnd Judaism (OT). People of either faith can find God’s instructions for them. Judaism was incomplete, and it pointed to the Christ. The OT proves that no mere mortal born only of the flesh can fulfill it, but Jesus did fulfill it. He kept the Law (Judaism) perfectly (the most devout Jew ever), then founded the faith that builds upon it. In that sense, the Savior was Judaeo-Christian. I know you don’t want to hear it, but Jesus is the King of Jews as well as the Son of God and redeemer of the Gentiles. His Jewish lineage is extensively documented in Matthew and Luke. Most of the Bible was written by Israelites, including men from the tribe of Judah. People don’t use the term “Judeo-Christian” because they’re part of some Jewish conspiracy to eat your children. They use it because both faiths worship the same Creator; follow the 10 Commandments (or try to); and adherents of both those faiths have played a part in the American Story. The best parts of the American system were based on truths that both devout Jews and Christians believe.
And don’t try to muddy the issue with the Kabbalah or the Talmud. A cult is a cult, whatever they are called or call themselves. They are no more devout Jews than Jim Jones or the Mormons are devout Christians.

Morale and willpower fights, not guns and training. We saw this already in elections. Almost nobody showed up to stop this blatant hoax. Guns are useless when all gun owners are scared or confused and do not use them.
Buying weapon usually means that this person actually scared like hell and really does not want to fight. Communists do not buy more ammo but they taking power and forcing gun owners into submission.

People haven’t started shooting because of two factors: they still have social capital and from that, a belief that things may still straighten out.
And I suppose just popping off without training, organization, purpose or direction is logical to you.

Replying to your treatment of the Palmetto Kid. I want to share a story from Grad School where I often argued with my best professor/Sociology/Criminology/call him Ph.D. James. Ph.D. James taught us how child molesters/pedophiles could be treated with drugs, tons and months of psychotherapy, monitoring with ankle bracelets, and then only 19% would recidivate. I argued this was not nearly good enough. I told James my personal Criminological Theory was to set them on fire and not allow anyone to put them out and then they would never recidivate. Two girls from the Forestry School who were in our small class of eight, had a hissy fit and told Ph.D, James he should not let me say things like this in class. Pure evil and they will not stop on their own.

We all need to accept reality, quit living in a fantasy that things will return to normal, prepare for the inevitable, and at some point we have to take the initiative back. There is no victory and never will be victory in idleness and pure defense.

I also vote for number three. The idiots in charge are making it happen as we speak. Each penny gasoline goes up in price removes one billion dollars of spendable income from the economy. Thanks to Trump we are producing 11.4 billion barrels a day now while only consuming around 8 billion barrels a day. This is already changing for the worse. I’m guessing next year gasoline will be between 8 to 10 dollars a gallon and oil will be approaching 150 dollars a barrel. This will create a new paradigm ending the JIT system and making the Walmart/Costco model unworkable. You can also say goodbye to Federalism and centralized governments. Ultimately becoming Medieval economically and governmentally. Thanks democrats or whatever you really are. Maoists, Stalinists, Marxists, Leninists, Communists, or just plain old dumbasses.

Total War works both ways. WE JUST got clobbered, not one of us, including me,,, stepped up to the plate. I can’t began to tell you how pissed off I’ve been with our side. I’m tired of talken em to death. For you folks still on, Turn off Facebook, turn off Twitter, any other social media, your not going to communicate effectively, “your lazy”, while using the tools of the left. Go to alternative sites, perhaps Duck Duck Go, others.
VPN the snot out of everything, then TOR , or some sort of onion. I know men running VPNs, thru VPNs? However that works. Seek out encrypted email, such as Proton email. All encrypted in, out, in route. Do your home work, I’ve found NORDVPN, to be solid, which likely means I’m piped directly into Intel agencies, in the Express fast lane. But ones gotta try. Proton has a fantastic reputation. It’s simple. Trust, but verify.
We are noodling the idea of actually going to SAT phones, for chitchat. Problem initially is, we don’t know enough about how it works, I’m told zero tracking, but not a real reliable source, just another blowhard from our sites. Being researched, cost analysis pro/con positives.
Been watching a series titled, ” Versailles’ France in the 1600s -ish. What struck me harshly is not a fucking thing has REALLY changed. The elite are still the elite, the poor are still poor. I guess progress was made with the middle class, which is being killed daily. The citizens are nothing more then cash cattle, wierd I know, nothing changed.
I’m not holding my breath anymore, I don’t see any of us doing anything differently. I don’t see world order, or cultural order being dismantled, now or ever. History is simply repeating itself. By far the best blog ” most effective” I visit daily is ” ArmstromgEconomics” a must, what I absolutely need is his clock, his timetable, for things to come, things to,change,,,,,, based on historical data, trends etc etc. after five years I’ve discovered Martin Armstromg to be dam near perfect on his of events, forecasted by his computers. Actually impressive.

I know you like to hear yourself talk in comment sections but seriously?
You are continually proving literally everything said of the Boomer generation. This is the opening salvo in a very, very long and bloody conflict. And the fact that you’re exhibiting exactly the kind of short attention span thinking is why your generation is rightly blamed for the destruction of this nation.
Oh and I forgot to mention, I’m sure your wife appreciates you doxing her every chance you get. Idiot.

    • The Palmetto Cynic January 27, 2021 at 19:32

      Well Dirk,
Until you’re ready to abolish the state I’d say that you’re wasting your time anyways. The State is the root of the problem and is the common denominator between now and 1600s when large scale states made their first appearance. Until a critical mass of people understand the root of the problem, you can forget anything other than statist rule. This would require the adoption of a private law society in lieu of public government. The human condition is nowhere near that so for now it will be like a cat chasing his tail attempting to achieve the utopian construct of “limited government.”

      • NC Scout January 27, 2021 at 19:54

I think your history is a bit off. By a rather huge margin.
Were you actually educated, instead of regurgitating Lysander Spooner, you’d understand that there is no differentiation between a State and a Kingdom save for one aspect- the Sword of Damocles.
Tell me…what’s the difference between an “AnCap” and AntiFa? (Nothing). You people play right into the hands of the Left and you’re too stupid to even know it.

        • The Palmetto Cynic January 27, 2021 at 21:00

Wow, talk about gibberish. For the record I was referring to the original poster’s reference to Versaille, France in the 1600s. So perhaps a little careful reading before the bile surfaces is in order? Unfortunately you seem not to be able to figure out that with a few minor exceptions, we’re on the same side.
What’s apparent is that you have absolutely no clue what Anarchocapitalism is. Either that or you are completely ignorant of the fact that Antifa (have you even read the antifa handbook?) is a hard core Marxist organization and are the direct antithesis of anarchocapitalists. I would refer to them as Anarchocommunists.
Oh and one more thing: if you think that the Sword of Damocles is going to suddenly leap out of your laptop and strike down the slow-witted Joe Biden, you might want to consider an upgrade.

          • NC Scout January 27, 2021 at 21:15

Ah, here we go. Can’t debate.
Apparently can’t read either. You were asked to explain the difference in detail. Abolish the State is the common goal, along with the notion of radical individualism. This in turn gives us the nonsense we see today. I give you our current Secretary of Health.
Baikunin, the father of anarchism (you don’t know who he is, don’t act like you do) was a follower of Marx and differentiated on the question of property alone. This is a position explored further by Kropotkin, Spooner, and then Tucker. Since you know none of these people, your claim to anything is nonsense. And you have still failed to differentiate between the “State” and a “Kingdom”.
We had our fun here- anacap dreamers need to take a cold, hard look at where their ideology has got them. To my Palmetto friend, you’re now learning a lesson in property ownership.

‘We just got clobbered’ – What’s this ‘we’ stuff. And ‘clobbered’ – Why because Trump is gone? He did his part well enough. The Capitol ‘fiasco’? A major gang faction of the NWO was chased into tunnels on live TV in front of the other gang factions. Now the deplorables worldwide are getting ideas eg Holland ‘riots’ or Prime Minister of docile Denmark burned in effigy. Now the Fake President and his crew is showing the rest of the normies just what they think of them. The virus / vaccine shitshow is waking up more people daily. This show isn’t even started yet. 19. The Palmetto Cynic January 27, 2021 at 19:25

Sooner or later I hope that conservatives realize that “the left” didn’t take over government. Government is, at its core a leftist institution, so “moving ever leftward” is a feature and not a bug. If you doubt this then give the following a little thought:
Before government can do ANYTHING, it must first appropriate the resources to do so, so they approach John Q. Public and say “hand over your money, so I can protect you.” Being a thoroughly indoctrinated citizen-serf, John says “OK, but what if I don’t agree with it?” to which government replies: “we’ll have to send you to a prison, which BTW we have to build, so your tax bill just doubled.” And yet John Q Public still doesn’t question why the people who claim to protect him, must rob him first.
What’s my point? Simple: I’m more concerned about what happens AFTER the 1, 2 or 3, because if I read conservatives correctly, they’ll run out and try the same exact “experiment in limited government” again, which (spoiler) will have the exact same crappy result. Government is an unnecessary evil. Period. There’s nothing that government currently supplies that the free market cannot.

    • NC Scout January 27, 2021 at 19:55

“Government” is not a leftist institution. This is absolute nonsense, as is the concept of anarchy.

      • The Palmetto Cynic January 27, 2021 at 20:51

So your counter-argument is “it’s not leftist because I said so.” Not very compelling. The example I gave was a textbook example of socialistic re-distribution, government does it, yet it’s not socialism. What kind of logic is that? The only thing separating the state from a highway robber or a marxist redistributionist is this: PERCEIVED LEGITIMACY. The upside of your response is that it is a perfect example (to others) of the denial that unfortunately dooms the cause of individual liberty.
What to hear something that’s truly absurd and 100% utopian? The belief in “limited government”. If government can be limited then what explains the current failure of the greatest political experiment in human history?

        • NC Scout January 27, 2021 at 21:05

“So your counter-argument is “it’s not leftist because I said so.” Not very compelling.”
No, my counter-argument is I’m not a moron and understand both human history and Marxist conceptual history. You have zero grasp of the former and play into the latter. The lack of self awareness in this regard among the ‘AnCap’ crowd, while humorous, is appalling. You do understand you are judged by the sane the exact same as the Left, yes? And the Left hates you…so that leaves you, where, exactly?
I want you, since you’re volunteering, to differentiate between leftist anarchism and your ancap nonsense. You will describe in political theory how the abolition of the state as the syndicalists describe it is different than yours. This will be the next thing you post and anything less will reap the reward of what you ancaps claim is the centerpiece of your religion: me defining the rules of that which is mine (this site).
Wanna hear something that’s truly absurd and 100% utopian? The belief that the ‘individual’ accomplished anything. Notice AnCaps can never, under any circumstances, defend their position with anything logical, speaking only in theoretical, and can never (nor will ever) point to its success. It is a position, born of compromise and moral cowardice, designed to undermine staunch preservation of one’s society and social bonds playing into the hands of the very Leftist poison which created it.

          • Coop Willis January 27, 2021 at 21:27

This is fun to watch. You don’t miss much do you NC SCOUT?

          • NC Scout January 27, 2021 at 21:29

Nah man, its just educating the ignorant.
I want the “anarcho-capitalists” to define for us the question of “radical individualism” versus pedophilia. If one is a radical individualist, then imposing restrictions on such behavior cannot exist, correct? At what point can one define an age of consent? At that point how can a society impose any sanction for any transgression, if there is no society nor rules for such?
This is just one of the fundamental flaws, of which there are many. And after several decades of the Right being served and led around the nose by this nonsense, the Left marched on. Almost like its worked by design.

          • Karl Dahl January 28, 2021 at 14:10

Spicy AF, and spot on, Scout.
I’ve yet to see an anarchist institution or system of governance – or even loose confederation of independent towns and regions – ever not get steamrolled by even slightly more organized people. The historical record is replete with this story, and the anarchists never have an explanation for that, based in reality.
“BuT tHaT dOeSn’T tAkE iNtO aCcOuNt My ThEoReTiCaL wOrLdS wHeRe EvErYoNe ThInKs AnD aCtS lIkE mE!”
Even Hans Herman Hoppe’s anarchist, or libertarian, pipe dreams were predicated upon organized, cleansing violence as a “reset” and what is clearly government, regardless of what you choose to call it.
Iceland was essentially without government, with big decisions and legal issues settled by clan heads once a year, for several hundred years when it was first settled. It didn’t work well, and the most powerful ended up making the rules anyway, “government” or no.
These people really need to understand that the only thing that can secure your rights is having a share of power. It’s an eternal struggle, and there is no perfect system; justice is dependent upon active involvement by good men.

      • ghostsniper January 27, 2021 at 21:01

    • Rifleman1775 January 27, 2021 at 21:22

Your comment about government at its core being a left wing institution is fundamentally wrong and history clearly supports that. In reality there is a “Cycle of Government” as described in ancient philosophy by Plato, Aristotle, and Polybius. It is very much real, and all informed American citizens should be aware of it and how it influenced James Madison, the “Father of the Constitution” and thus our republic.
      Plato (427-328 Ante Christum natum-BC):
-Identified three types of government: monarchy, aristocracy, democracy
-Advised for a mixed government of all three types in his work “The Laws”
      Aristotle (384-322 Ante Christum natum-BC):
-Believed a mixed government could prevent the decline cycle of government
-Advised a separation of powers in mixed government
-Wrote “Politics,” advised a mixed government with a separation of powers amongst three branches of government
      Polybius (200-118 Ante Christum natum-BC):
-Macedonian hostage of Rome after the Third Macedonian War
      -While a hostage studies philosophy
-Wrote “Histories,” it supports Plato and Aristotle’s works while stating the Roman Republic embodied an ideal mixed government
Cycle of Government (as described by Aristotle):
      -Anarchy-lack of government/chaos
-Monarchy/Dictator: A King, Emperor, or Monarch rule by one or strongman or dictator
~These rulers start off good and just but over generations decay from corruption and become oppressive tyrants.
-Aristocracy: rule by the elites or few
~As the tyrant becomes more oppressive he is overthrown by a justified elite class. The elite few are fair and just in the beginning.
-Oligarchy: rule by a tyrannical few
~The elites over generations become corrupt and oppressive in their rule.
-Democracy: rule by the people or many
~The people overthrow the corrupt and oppressive elites. The people are fair and just in the beginning.
-Ochlocracy: rule by the mob or corrupt people
~The mob or masses of people begin to intimidate legitimate authority. As a result anarchy, chaos, or lack of government ensues and a strongman rises again.
James Madison: Virginian, statesman, “Father of the Constitution”
-“The accumulation of all powers, legislative, executive, and judiciary, in the same hands, whether of one, a few, or many, and whether hereditary, selfappointed [sic], or elective, may justly be pronounced the very definition of tyranny.” (The Federalist Papers, No. 47, February 1, 1788, http://thomas.loc.gov/home/histdox/fedpapers.html).
-“It may be a reflection on human nature, that such devices should be necessary to control the abuses of government. But what is government itself, but the greatest of all reflections on human nature? If men were angels, no government would be necessary. If angels were to govern men, neither external nor internal controls on government would be necessary.” (The Federalist Papers, No. 51, February 6, 1788, http://thomas.loc.gov/home/histdox/fedpapers.html)
James Madison’s reference to the one, the few, and the many in Federalist No. 47 is proof of his awareness of the cycle of government and Aristotle’s Theory of mixed government.
Mixed Government: shared balance of power between the one, the few, and the many, to prevent the chaos of the Cycle of Government
James Madison’s Virginia Plan is very much an idea of Mixed Government.
-Democracy (the many): Represent the people (US Constitution: Article I Section 1: House of Representatives)
-Monarchy (the one): ruler or executive to protect and represent the nation and thus the people and the elites (US Constitution: Article II-Executive Branch
-Aristocracy (the few): Represent the elites or states
(US Constitution: Article I Section II: Senate, basically voided by 17th Amendment, the States’ legislators should choose Senators not the people)
*Even went further with the creation of a judiciary.
James Madison is a student of history and philosophy and is well aware of Aristotle’s Cycle of Government. He designs a mixed government to prevent this cycle. He also sees the flaws and weaknesses of the Articles of Confederation and has a plan for a new stronger Federal Republic. Madison and Alexander Hamilton call on a convention to meet in Philadelphia in the summer of 1787 to reform the Articles of Confederation.
For James Madison’s convention to be a success, George Washington, the indispensable man, must be present. If Washington is there other statesmen will come and believe the convention to have merit and legitimacy. Thus, with Washington there they believe the convention might have some success at strengthening the new nation.
Men throughout America trust and look up to Washington. Washington will repeatedly hold the young nation together, at the Constitutional Convention by eventually persuading James Madison to accept the Great Compromise.
      Traits of Washington’s Command Presence:
      -Courage
      -Fortitude
      -Patience
      -Integrity
      -Loyalty
      -Wisdom
      -Humble

Anything to the contrary is wholly ignorant to any history.

While I think the US ultimately should of stayed out of the world wars, and limited its ‘westward expansion’ (ie I agree with US Grant that the Mexican American War’ was a travesty. How much land did we need?) I’m in agreement with you, that Christianity, albeit imperfectly expressed, is what allowed for some mercy (slight at times as it may have been) being extended to the Indians, Germans, and Japanese. I’d add to that, perhaps, remnants of what was termed ‘fair play’ in the Anglo Saxon world.
There’s also the aspect that in those days there
existed a much stronger sense of identity in the Anglo-Saxon US. Without being complete and utter hypocrites in that regard, how could they not allow the Indians, Japanese, and Germans, to retain some small bits of their own identity as well, in the form of reservations, an emperor, and peoplehood, defeated as they were?
The fact that Anglo-Saxons are largely Germanic themselves, and the US had a large in number (and likely empathetic) German ancestried population besides, may have been ultimately what spared Germany the excesses of the Morgenthau Plan.

When things ‘go hot’ here the entire world will catch fire. Everyone else will be too preoccupied with fighting for their own survival to bother us. The vacuum we will leave on the world stage will have devastating consequences for everyone else on the planet.
Ocean moats on both sides, mountains & deserts to the south, lakes & forests to the north. With the world in turmoil, we do not become any easier to invade. That task becomes even less possible. Many countries & their people will be struggling simply to feed themselves, let alone engage in foreign wars of adventure, especially where they would be outsiders with no support network or ability to easily travel or resupply, & facing the very real prospect of finding a riffle waiting to greet them behind every blade of grass.
TPTB have bitten off more than they can chew & are in the process of figuring out how not to choke on it. They will fail.
Hubris & arrogance, when married to uncontrollable appetites, always carries a cost that the offenders are unable to pay.
Reality will always remain reality, even when you try desperately to ignore it. TPTB can lie to us, lie to themselves, & lie to the world, but they cannot escape reality.

  22. Houdini January 27, 2021 at 20:39

Think you’ve pretty much covered it Matt. I sincerely hope we don’t have to go full kinetic, but I fear the lefts overreach will force the issue. The media has framed the false flag of 1/6 as domestic terrorism via the conservative majority. They’re already sounding the alarm of more to come.

  23. J January 27, 2021 at 20:57

The fact that the self declared ‘progressive’ radical left is not based in reality can not help their sanity. It would be the same as if someone were to base their worldview on the premise that the world was flat, and that the sun and planets rotated around the Earth.
Their almost obsessive compulsive thing is with literal sameness, between individuals, the sexes, ethnicities, the races, etc, and though naturally having ‘good’ and ‘bad’ differences between them, attempting to quite unnaturally force them to all be the same, ie what they term ‘equal’, the synonym of samness’s.
Along these lines of late, and disregarding the idea of working within the reality that differences exists within nature, accepting it, and working towards fairness instead, the big new push is for ”equity’.
Kurt Vonnegut Jr’s 1961 short story, Harrison Bergeron, dealt with a future world where ‘equity’ had been achieved, but at the cost of the near complete suppression of the freedom ogythe human spirit.
    A rebellion is afoot, however….
‘THE YEAR WAS 2081, and everybody was finally equal. They weren’t only equal before God and the law. They were equal every which way. Nobody was smarter than anybody else. Nobody was better looking than anybody else. Nobody was stronger or quicker than anybody else. All this equality was due to the 211th, 212th, and 213th Amendments to the Constitution, and to the unceasing vigilance of agents of the United States Handicapper General.’..
…”Harrison Bergeron, age fourteen,” she said in a grackle squawk, “has just escaped from jail, where he was held on suspicion of plotting to overthrow the government. He is a genius and an athlete, is under-handicapped, and should be regarded as extremely dangerous.”

Thanks for the post Matt. I too have thought that an economic collapse could be a likely outcome. With all of the COVID and mask and lockdown insanity that large portions of western society have embraced, anything is possible. All we can do now is double and triple check our gear and train and form mutual aid groups and pray on how to respond smartly as the future comes our way. I’ve never fired a weapon at another human being and I’ve never been fired upon. I don’t know if I’ll curl up like bug and weep or be fierce. I pray I find myself side by side with patriots like all of you fine American gentleman. I read and ponder the excellent advice and teachings of NC Scout and a few close friends who served as Green Berets and Army infantry officers. @ 71M
Re: “I ask myself multiple times/day. How in the F did the USA get here? Yeah, I know, my 60’s generation didn’t help.”
The short answer is that while our armed forces were overseas holding the line against communism in places like Vietnam and elsewhere around the world, the communists sneaked around our flanks and into the backdoor, thereby infiltrating every institution in American society which was not already so compromised. The century-long “Long March” of Marxism through the institutions of the West (including the U.S.) has ended with the conquest of every significant institutional obstacle in their path. Now, the only thing standing in their way are seventy-five million or so traditional Americans.
The reason the 1960s were an inflection point is that everything in society is downstream of culture, including politics. Corrupt the culture, and you corrupt everything else.

Yes,open statements of intent were made, but not everyone heard them, or having heard them, paid much attention to them. As you state, many Americans shrugged their shoulders, and said “It can’t happen here…” Well, guess what? It has happened here. Normally, being the wise-ass that I normally am, I’d rejoice in saying “I told you so!” – but my heart is so heavy at what has befallen this country that I can’t muster the effort. My late father, like so many others, stepped forward to enlist in the U.S. military and fight in WWII. He’s been gone now for more than twenty years. I still miss him, but I am glad he did not live to see what has happened to the country he so loved.

  25. […] Matt Bracken offers up these possibilities. […]

  26. […] Might I suggest a more practical means of corraling the bastards, then? Something more along the lines of, say, a very tall fence? Or, better yet, how about a multi-layered approach, beginning with a Big Beautiful Wall? Guard towers with sharpshooters, armed guards walking the perimeter 24-7, natch, all with a weapons-free directive in effect. Next, a moat—well-stocked with hungry alligators, natch. A minefield enclosing that, the whole shebang topped off with a literal Wall Of Fire, perpetually stoked. Call it the Bonfire of Liberty, an eternal flame safeguarding our freedom by physically reducing all verminous-Left threats to so much crackling ash. […]

In spite of all of the anger and frustration, it is not time yet. The snowball is still rolling downhill. As more and more Amerikans lose their jobs due to “President” Jehoram’s EOs, and the “next stimulus” becomes a pipe dream; the sheeple, Normies, and cucks will get angrier and angrier. Without the sine qua non of massive popular support, your efforts are doomed. Channel Chairman Mao and Michael Collins.
The elephant in the room has always been the bubble economy and the endless printing of debt bucks. Let the Marxist/Infanticide Party continue to gloat. They gloated after 1964 and look how that turned out. They gloated after 1992, and Billary got his ass handed to him in the ’94 mid-terms. Take the Trump and Gadsen flags off your Ford F-150. Lose the ball caps. No more LTEs, social media rants, supermarket check-out line comments or asides. Cleanse the apps off your iPhone. Before the end of 2021, this corrupt, syphilitic nation will be in full meltdown in the Blue Hives.
Observe how the MSM useful idiots tried to spin the latest sportiness in Portlandia. The Forces of Darkness attacked their own HQ! It would appear the Golden Golem will not be impeached. There was no mass takeover during the “Inauguration”. There will be no mass riots during the “Impeachment Trial”. Even Czarina wannabe Tulsi is sniping at them. Make your lists, check them twice. Know your way around your A/O and who is your immediate threat. Stay gray. STFU. Plan accordingly. Bleib ubrig.

#3 is most likely from what I’m seeing and hearing. The two concerns that I have are people not fully understanding just how much dependency on supplies not just on an individual level but community wise and the actual realistic results of shortages to nothing available at any price. Second is, will those left have the ability/fortitude to completely destroy the sickness and evil that brought us to this point, record the history and never tolerate it again? The only question really is, can we go beyond Lemay, Pinochet, Forrest, Sherman, maybe even to cold clinical levels near or at stalin, mao or pol pot and still come out with our souls. Will anything remain. See ya’ll at the party.

      All great questions, unknown answers.
The one solid piece of advice I can give is GET AWAY FROM BLUE HIVES NOW!!!
Especially if they are in Blue run states.

If you enfarced the law at the beginning you would never have this problem as Trump as learned. He abandoned going after Hillaryous at the beginning and ended up getting kicked out in the end (no pun intended) unceremoniously.
All you have to do is enFARCE the law but you won’t do it making you just as lawless as them so you should not be surprised you get what you wish for.

    • Matt Bracken January 28, 2021 at 18:29

      “He abandoned going after Hillaryous”
AFAIC, Blather, and FWIW, Trump did not “abandon” going after anybody.
As a declared swamp-draining outsider, he never had ANY meaningful operational control of the DOJ, FBI, CIA, NSA, JSC etc.
They just smirked in his face, and stalled his orders, knowing that the Swamp would be back in control soon enough….even if they had to get a bit blatant about their election stealing.
But by 2020, they were not too concerned about the blatancy of the steal, knowing that the mainstream media would cover them on the propaganda front.
Remember Hunter’s laptop and Tony Bobulinski? Neither do 80% of Americans. The stories were blotted out, 1984-style.
Welcome to the USSA, comrade. Enjoy free speech here on AmPart, while we have it. It won’t last long.
“In the absence of orders, with all comms cut, find something communist and destroy it.”
Or, just wake up some day and say, “I LOVE Big Brother! 2020 was the fairest election ever!” Your life. Your decision.
Then, you will do okay, as long as you never think for yourself, and you don’t mind the shackle and chain on your ankle.

And one other point. The plains of the United States, stretching from Texas into the Canadian prairie, is the most productive place in the world. There is no other place on Earth like it. When we collapse billions will starve around the world. Using Egypt as an example they have a standing crop of about 8 million people ( standing crop is defined biologically as the maximum population of any species able to exist under the most adverse conditions) and I’m being very liberal using that number. Current population is well over 80 million. Same for the rest of Afrika. So much for multi-culturalism. Our collapse will create cascading political and economic collapse around the world. STFB. Dumbasses. I’ve got plenty of beer and the knowledge and resources to make more and I have to drive four miles to get to back to nowhere. Just gonna keep the fires stoked and laugh. Dumbasses. Joe bite-me who was never elected to begin with. And Barrack O Blow me (most likely the same). Your Weird is upon you! And you, fools, created it! Sorry, I get a little too excited about knowing how they will end.

I’ve been encouraging Patriots for MONTHS now to embrace the reality of our rapidly destabilizing political situation. I’m not sure if conservatives ignore the crisis out of naivety or fear.
The Modern American Union is the failed blending of oil and water. Virtually all Democrats have shifted in such a radical leftward manner that they no longer resemble the Party of JFK. Instead, they are the Party of Chairman Mao and Comrade Stalin.
The Post-American Left certainly possesses the motivation, but not yet the means, to pursue the ultimate annihilation of Patriots. Bills like HR 127 is the opening salvo by which the Left aims to suppress us.
Instead of pretending that America is a united country, let’s embrace reality: we are two hostile tribes occupying the same territory, and that will not end well. Rather than constantly compromise with the Radical Left, which will ultimately result in our political suppression and physical demise, let us seek peaceful separation from these Socialists. Before it’s too late, we can secure our Constitutional Liberties and Human Rights by refounding the United States of America as the Founders intended.
The Leftist regions must be viewed as a gangrenous limb. Before the gangrene can spread to the rest of the healthy body, the doctor must sever the infected limb. Leftist regions, which are primarily densely populated metropolitan areas with high foreign populations, are terminally infected with Communistic Gangrene. It’s time to severe the deadly limbs.
Save America. Secession/Independence is preferable to Socialism/Destruction.

    • Greg Wertime July 22, 2021 at 07:40

I agree with your assessments, but not entirely with your prescription. There are a lot of non-Leftists who live in Leftist controlled states (like me living in Los Angeles County) who support the non-Left throughout the rest of the country and should not be left behind in a territorial triage like the fall of Saigon. There is no peaceful separation along territory lines that is possible or sustainable with the Left, as they would never respect any geographic boundary like our border with Canada. Leftist states will not allow non-Left counties to secede to non-Left states like those in Oregon for example wanting to secede to Idaho. A hypothetical separation of Left and Right along state lines that would mean giving the Coastal states over to the Left. ceding harbors, international trade and coastlines, which they would use to consolidate their power against the non-Left territores. Non-Left states seceding from Leftist states will give Leftist states many inches that they will use to go a mile with. Modern Leftism is based on the myth of anarchy that destroys sustainable and legitimate forms of authority (like the nuclear family) , thereby creating voids that get filled with tyranny and ultimately totalitarianism. Leftism is radio-active and results in an unstable and toxic political and social mega molecule.: it is a cancer that must be destroyed lest it destroy. The Left will only back down with over-whelming force that must be primarily cultural force but may also eventually have to involve kinetic force as well.
