Thanks Mike for an interesting thought to research this morning.
Given your star anise shikimic acid idea I found some odd information about protecting yourself from the spike proteins of the COVID Jab. An main ingredient in Tamiflu is shikimic acid made from star anise. Given most of the worlds star anise is being used up for Tamiflu it’s a little hard to get.
Other sources of shikimic acid are Pine Needle Tea (just make sure it’s a safe to use pine folks, do your research) where you steep pine needles in hot water. It’s an acquired taste but I like it.
Fennel as well as Star Anise maybe combined makes a fine tea also, again an acquired taste.
Information from Deep Roots at Home site includes information (snip) The Journal of Medical Virology shows shikimic acid in combo with quercetin, even at low doses, are the most effective to modulate innate immunity in antiviral terms
Given concerns about “vaccine” shedding issues maybe even the non vaxxed might need to become tea drinkers?
Odd how God provides cures eh?
Pine Needles the Unsung Hero of the American Revolution that provided needed Vitamin C to Washington’s Troops in Valley Forge and others. They didn’t know about Vitamin C but they needed something to raise their spirits and incidentally prevented scurvy that horrid winter.

They truly are!! Pine is nature’s super tool and it’s God’s gift to a survivalist.

Pine Needles that’s awesome to know. Here’s a video showing how to make it. Some of the comments say it’s akin to Shikimic Acid. This lady has some pretty cool videos and she ain’t too bad to look at neither.

Michael, thanks for the mention of the Deep Roots at Home site. There is a post on how to use sweet gum seed balls as a source of shikimic acid. Folks in the southeast US are probably familiar with these spiky seed balls, locally sourced and free! The author makes a tincture using the green seed pods and Everclear. https://deeprootsathome.com/sweetgum-a-medicine-tree-w-shikimic-acid-to-halt-viral-replication/

This is very cool stuff….mother nature rocks. I recently watched a vid on making activated charcoal. This is another lifesaver if you have been poisoned or have a sour stomach. This is something you dont often see mentioned in a med kit but should be. Great vid!
