Radio Contra Episode 91: CARB responsible for Supply Chain Shortages and Tradecraft Rules for Organizations
Episode 91: I dive into an article from 2018 explaining how CARB’s regulations on trucks going into effect in 2020 may be responsible for the supply chain shortages and goods not being unloaded in CA ports. If the Federal government wanted that struck down, they could easily do so. After that I cover questions from a reader regarding tradecraft and countersurveilance at activist meetings, laying down some basic guidelines.

You cant keep putting out 2 and 3 episodes a week of RC in addition to SOL ;-) We are getting used to having Radio Contra all week long….
I play them at 1.5 times speed, saves time ploughing through the accumulated posts & podcasts. Reading the one wile listening to the other – one of the things I grew accustomed to starting out as an SWL.
