Psychological operation to create panic and cause food shortages, apparently they need to accelerate the logistical cluster they created in the first place. Since they will not allow any potential loss of power due to midterms, expect more planned chaos at increasing levels to shut down any hope of a normal election. Failed treason historically does not end well for traitors so this will be all out conflict to complete the takeover.

Plus gives another reason for the sheep to turn on those outside the fence, that is all who haven’t drank the Kool aid both figuritve and literal. Demonize one group while taking the focus off the real problem.

I saw this a couple months ago too. People using WIC, that were begging others not to buy WIC- eligible items in the stores.
That is not rationing. That is simply Nanny State intrusive nagging
It’s the fact that the Grocery Stores in DC are half the size or less of a regular grocery store.
And people, mostly “poor”, are buying out entire shelves.
