    Good interview at just the right time! This interview got me to change my perspective about how and why I am doing some things the way I do; or not doing the way I should?

    There was that period that every time I did a Brushbeater course Conan was there also. He is a serous dude, but the one thing I remember most about the guy was; he was kind and went out of his way to help and work with everyone. I think it is great you all teaming up, Conan has got a lot of potential and I am glad you see it NC Scout.

    Loved this interview. I could relate to everything Conan was talking about. I used to be the one of the “8-12 rep” guys Conan mentioned until I realized that I was benching and squatting the same as I was in college 10 years ago. I joined a CrossFit gym last summer and in just six months have seen a huge increase in strength and cardio conditioning from my previous check-the-box workouts where I’d do three miles on the treadmill then do a circuit on the cable machines. The low rep, max load lifting the barbell coach at my gym has us doing has been an absolute game changer just like Conan says in the podcast.
