BRUSHBEATER COURSE ANNOUNCEMENT – Physical Fitness and Nutrition for the American Partisan: July 9 – 10, 2022
Greetings, Partisans!! I hope everyone out there is doing well and training hard. After wrapping up an awesome episode of Radio Contra with NC Scout last Saturday (Episode 131 – Saturday February 5, 2022), I figured now would be the perfect time to formally announce my upcoming fitness and nutrition course for our awesome readers and community. In collaboration with Brushbeater Training and Consulting / NC Scout, I’m pleased and honored to offer a training course entitled, Physical Fitness and Nutrition for the American Partisan!!
The Brushbeater Physical Fitness and Nutrition for the American Partisan (PFNAP) course was created by me especially for the American Partisan! More specifically, PFNAP will present a purpose-driven program of physical fitness and nutrition designed to improve the American Partisan’s fighting game, whether it’s running n’ gunning in the woods, martial arts, or really just taking on intense physical work of any kind! No more going through the motions at the gym or not knowing what to do; no more falling short or gassing out when you train hard. PFNAP cuts to the chase to give you what really works – for Partisans!
Unlike other fitness courses, books, magazines, TV shows, videos, or whatever else one might come across, the Brushbeater PFNAP course cuts through the vast amounts of fad fitness and nutrition junk out there, and gets right to the point on how to step up your fighting game by means of an exercise program together with an improved eating lifestyle. PFNAP is a full-spectrum fitness and nutrition course built upon the distilled, refined knowledge I’ve acquired over my nearly 27 years in the world of fitness and nutrition, but given in a “conversation at the kitchen table” style. PFNAP draws upon my various experiences as a lifelong lifter, a multi-decade personal trainer, a martial artist (as of the last 3 years), and an avid participant in small unit tactical training (as of the last year). You’ll be getting the live-and-in-color version of much of the information that I’ve posted on American Partisan over the last year, and much more.
For physical training, our PFNAP course will get deep into every important aspect of productive and purposeful exercise: mindset; relevant strength training theory in plain English; workout programming formulas and structure; different workout “pathways” that cover all the Partisan’s particular physical fitness needs; key exercise concepts; exercise form/technique; seasoned, fine details that improve the lifting experience; and much more! After the course, Partisans will be able to put together their own productive workouts with ease.
Along with the physical training skills I’ll be bringing to Partisans in the PFNAP course, I’ll also be providing detailed coverage of how Partisans should best manage their eating lifestyle, so as to feel energetic, be truly healthy, and be able to deliver whenever the fight comes! Being in my mid-40’s by now and (still) going through the various metabolic and physical declines built into the aging process, I’ve learned a thing or two about how to manage the aging process better through nutrition, supplementation, and strategic lifestyle adjustments so that I can still perform and deliver, as well as keep myself energetic and healthy. And from what I’ve observed at Brushbeater’s and other tactical training courses I’ve taken, there really is a big variety in the ages of participants, but there seems to be a heavy proportion of freedom-loving, patriotic, middle-aged fighting men still ready to suit up and get some; I’ll have great strategies for that select crowd, as well Partisans of any age who seek not just to improve their fighting game through nutrition, but also promote their longevity and fighting ability… for years to come! And again, after the course, Partisans will be able to put together their own strategic and purposeful eating programs designed to work with their activity level and support their lifestyle, while also providing healthful energy, both for life and for the fight.
To sum it up, the information presented in PFNAP is a brain dump by me that is intended to be a “one-stop shop” of fitness and nutrition knowledge for the fighting Partisan. The first day (July 9) will cover all things related to physical training, as described above. We’ll have barbells, dumbbells, benches, chin-up bars, and whatever other relevant gear on hand to use for technical demonstrations, and for participants to practice with. The second day (July 10) will be devoted to the nutrition side of fitness and health, and will cover: relevant nutrition theory/science in plain English; the importance of digestive health; the different types and importance of metabolic pathways in plain English; eating lifestyle options to consider (i.e., Keto Diet; One Meal a Day; etc.); and basic supplementation for health and performance.
Like I mentioned in Radio Contra Episode 131 with NC Scout and basically stated above, I assure readers that Partisans who take the purpose-driven Brushbeater Physical Fitness and Nutrition for the American Partisan course on July 9 – 10 will leave that training knowing EXACTLY what they need to do both in the gym (or wherever you work out) and in the kitchen in order to become a better fighter. Period! Better yet, the information offered in the PFNAP course is based on ancient training and nutrition knowledge that is evergreen, still very much holds true today, and probably will forever. While it’s always good to know more about anything, I promise Partisan readers and participants that they will be set for life with the fitness and nutrition knowledge acquired at my course. We’re going to cut through the scads of fad fitness and nutrition horse shit, and focus on what really works – forever! A bold statement, but hey… try me and you’ll see!
Lastly, the cost of the Brushbeater Physical Fitness and Nutrition for the American Partisan course is just $400 for a weekend packed with vital, evergreen, fight-building and health-boosting physical training and nutrition strategies.
So come out out and train, Partisans! For anyone out there who wants to finally and productively learn their way around exercise and nutrition; for those who don’t think their workouts are improving their fighting game and physical shape; and anyone else who wants to get the time-tested and experience-based real deal… or, if you’re that Partisan that has lots of spirit, but whose physical shape and health don’t match their desire to fight (be honest with yourself!)… come on down and train!!!
