Like ballots, fuel needs a “chain of custody” when employed in hostile conditions.
While those containers were removed and stored, were they secure from tampering?
A little sugar makes the medicine go down.
It can also make engines very sick.

  I agree Susan. I have yet to find any evidence on any Canadian media nor Ottawa police sites. I am Canadian and all I could find was a you tube quick claim of this and Facebook pages sharing this very same picture and the you tube video. I suspect it is false without any evidence.

Fact Checkers claim there is no judicial order. If there is in fact a judicial order then let’s have it posted for the world to review.
