One Third of Americans Would Risk This, By Scipio

As the world is marching to the beat of a destructive drum, A Pew Research Poll was released March 16, 2022 where one third of Americans said they would risk Nuclear War with Russia over the situation in Ukraine. Alarmingly, data inside the report shows that those wanting to risk nuclear war is evenly split between both Republicans and Democrats. Perhaps, not so alarming upon reflection. I have not seen such jingoism in my lifetime.

This is what they are OK with. https://sgs.princeton.edu/the-lab/plan-a

There are no serious negotiations about ending the crisis in Ukraine.  It reminds me of the Paris negations during the Vietnam War where a week was spent “negotiating” on the size and shape of the negotiating table.  Clearly there was no interest in a negotiated peace with either side then as is now. The United States’ top diplomat, Antony Blinkin and his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov, have not spoken since before the conflict. Biden has called his counterpart, Vladimir Putin, a “murderer”, “war criminal”, “butcher”, “pure thug”, and “murderous dictator”. You will not find any of these salutations in Dale Carnegie’s “How to Win Friends and Influence Enemies”. Democratic House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer has said, “we’re at war”.  Ranking Republican Senator Lindsey Graham has publicly, not once, but three times, called for Vladimir Putin’s assassination. That statement is definitely not in the diplomatic handbook for dummies.

It’s time to read again Don Shift’s and Jack Lawson’s posts and books on Nuclear War preparation.

We are bleeding the Russians in Ukraine and they can ill afford it. Texas has a bigger economy and their average Male life expectancy (before Chinky Pox) was 59. It’s unlikely they will even be a nation in 30-40 years due to complete demographic collapse. We simply need to “manage” that collapse well and that has been our strategy since the end of the Cold War. The wild card being the 6,000 nukes- that they have pointed at us for over 60 years now….

If they DO go nuclear, it won’t be a tactical nuke- it’ll be the real deal. Reason? They pop a tactical nuke and by the end of next year I promise you that Germany, Poland, Japan, Sweden etc…—ALL have nuclear weapons- Pointed at the Russians. Any nation with a nuclear power plant can produce a weapon and the tech isn’t that hard- those industrialized nations could do it easily. So a tactical nuke does nothing but buy them MORE PROBLEMS- the SAME PROBLEM they are trying to say is driving them into Ukraine in the first place- security. You don’t fix your security problem by getting a bunch more nukes pointed at you.

My .02 and worth about 10% of that with inflation….

Russian male life expectancy is 72 years. Average car in Russia is 12 years old, same as in US. And you can not compare economy when calculations are such a hoax that never profit made startup is worth more than entire Russian gas and oil industry.

Wow, you are at least closer to correct than I was at 59! Some sources says 72, some 68- either way a vast improvement since the mid 2000s of 59. Never the less, that doesn’t move their demography numbers- the lost generation of the 90’s haunts them- by 2050 they will have lost likely 10% of their current population by many estimates.

I know this much, people say Netflix doesn’t make any money- as an example of company that is “over valued” etc…. I know people who are RETIRED- haven’t worked in 5 years… on Netflix stock sales, at age 40. So whether a company has “value” or not is a pretty speculative thing. To my buddy that spends his days catching trout in various streams all over the country- it had quite a bit of value…..

Your buddy’s idle meandering is counted as ‘GDP’ .‘Speculation’ on expanding funny money supply is merely stealing from the future. Those nihilists who would risk nuclear war might be more reasonable if there birthright wasn’t being consumed now by selfish dotards. Netflix- enemy operation – did Americans or Brits invest in Krupp or Mitsubishi in WW2? Responsibility is a thing – soon to be supplanted by accountability.

“Responsibility is a thing – soon to be supplanted by accountability.”

Good on ya, boss. Karma is a stone cold bitch, relentless and without error.

The failure to adhere to the above is how we got here……………

Here is a link to a vid done by Canadian Prepper, interviewing Dr. Peter Pry, nuclear war expert. If what he says is correct, Russia will likely win.

One third of Americans who support this are the same one third who would never display a U.S. flag but who now festoon their homes with the Ukrainian one.

    • NC Scout March 28, 2022 at 19:05

      Yup. Incredibly well said.

    • Quietus March 28, 2022 at 21:13

FoolsErrand: Funny you said that about the display of the Ukraine colors. An old friend moved out of state. He used to send me porch pics of Old Glory with a Trump flag or an FJB flag along side. Recently he sent a porch pic of Old Glory with the Uke flag along side.

I used to think that he was like-minded, then he sent that pic. He has a Tee-Vee in his house and watches it far too much.

I’m gonna have to settle on some porch decoration for the WW3 season, my Covid decorations are still up.

Ironic that the land of the CCCP will end up in a war with the Long March USSA infiltraitors.
There is a blog with a header that says why do I think there is a commie behind every tree, because there is.
    W. Cleon Skousen was right in the Naked Communist when he said the hammer and sickle will fly over America and the American traitors will hoist it?
