    READ THIS STUFF! It’s some of best-est free-est advice you will get; real-deal, works for most people most of the time; solid principles to back it up.

    My evaluation is through the eyes of a doctor, fitness writer, and natural bodybuilding competitor; I was – and remain – a fan.

    Many thanks for posting all of these great articles in one complete catalog. They are an excellent source of information on staying fit & healthy for the inevitable. By the way, just finished a 7 mile run at 4:30 in the morning & it was great. I’ll be 70 & want to be in great shape when the shit show begins, but most important, I want to be around when it’s finished.
